The one downside that has been pointed out recently is that the currently used character boxes have to be left out of the box. I have no experience with the broken token one but if you look back in my submission history about 180 days or so and you’ll see my Meeple Realty organizer that I stained. Most of the small tokens lay flat in their trays so you can visually see and grab them. It's $20 in Plano boxes (they fit perfectly in the box), and that's it. Saying this as someone who has the Meeple Realty organizer. I'm looking at Meeple Realty and Broken Token to get my Gloomhaven under control. You just put your currently used characters into the individual trays made to hold the characters you currently playing.
